Transdisciplinary Support for Young Children
Welcome to Wonderful Worlds of Therapy
We provide support under NDIS Early Childhood Approach for children aged 0-9years, with developmental delays, Autism or disabilities, using a transdisciplinary model of care.

The transdisciplinary approach, is where the team shares knowledge and strategies across disciplines so your child receives consistent and well-coordinated support.

Your dedicated Early Childhood Specialist (keyworker), collaborates with the other professionals including; Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers, to create one coordinated learning plan. This ensures your child's supports are aligned, practical and tailored to your child's NDIS goals, giving you the right services without unnecessary delays.

What makes us different is our Flexible Approach. We don't lock families into weekly speech therapy or occupational therapy sessions, if they're not needed. Instead, we tailor supports to your to your child's unique needs. With regular check in's, reviews and practical strategies, we help you build skills and confidence in everyday life.

Transdisciplinary Team
Your Early Childhood Specialist key worker consults with other professionals, including a speech pathologist, occupational therapist, and social worker.
Each professional shares their expertise with your key worker, so you receive integrated support tailored to your child’s unique needs. You benefit from the knowledge of a whole team, delivered in a way that feels personal, simple, and supportive.

We tailor our support to your needs. Our point of difference is that we don't keep you on weekly sessions with speech therapist or occupational therapist, we make sure you access only the supports you need.
Working Together to Meet Your Child’s Needs
Rather than meeting with lots of different professionals, you’ll have one main contact who draws on input from our whole team – so you get the right support, without the overwhelm and waiting times.

KEY WORKER
Early Childhood Specialist
Our approach
Your Early Childhood Specialist will be your main point of contact – someone who takes the time to really understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and daily routines. As your family’s key worker, they build a strong relationship with you and work closely alongside you to create a support plan tailored to your child’s individual needs.
We take a holistic approach, meaning your Early Childhood Specialist collaborates and consults with other professionals, including a speech pathologist, occupational therapist, and social worker. You don't need to manage multiple appointments or separate conversations, your key worker brings together insights and recommendations from the whole team, helping to simplify the process for your family.
Through parent coaching and practical learning, your Early Childhood Specialist will support you with clear strategies that fit into your everyday life. Being a parent herself with a child with a disability, she knows how to apply strategies into your everyday routines. Our aim is to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered as you guide your child’s development — both at home and in the community.
